EXCEPTIONAL CARE, WHEREVER YOU ARE
I've been with SBR for years and I'm now based overseas, so everything runs on email across a nine hour gap. It could easily be a nightmare. It isn't, and that's down to Megan King.
This year my property needed a lot of work and Megan has handled all of it. She told me honestly what she'd found instead of letting it drift, and then just got on with it, work orders out, trades chased, specialist inspections arranged, old paperwork dug out of the system from years back. I'm a detail person and I've sent her some very long emails. She's answered every point of every one of them, patiently, and never lost track of anything.
The thing I'd really flag is that she has told me at times not to spend money they didn't think was necessary. That's not something you expect and it's why I trust them.
Thanks Megan, you've made a difficult stretch far easier than it should have been. I'd recommend her and everyone at SBR to anyone, whether you're round the corner or on the other side of the world.
